Acquisition Funding
What it does
Capricorn Legal supplies legal funding for the acquisition of EL/PL (Employers Liability/ Public Liability) and RTA (Road Traffic Accident) cases to give you the capability to expand your marketing spend and keep a constant growing stream of cases going into your business.
What you get
Capricorn Legal will issue to you up to £600 per case interest and charge free for 6 months on RTA cases and 12 months on EL/PL cases. This will allow you adequate time to settle the cases and get paid before the money is due to be repaid to Carpricorn Legal. Interest becomes payable at 1.5% per month only in instances where the case exceeds the agreed period of 6 or 12 months respectively.

- Rehabilitation treatment is made available within 48 hours of you funding the case with Capricorn Legal and having a signed Conditional Fee Agreement in place and signed with Capricorn Legal.
Disbursement Funding
What it does
Enables law firms, by supplying cash, to pay the disbursement costs on cases through the full length of the claim. Court fees, ATE deposits, expert reports and barrister’s opinions are included.
What you get
Access to legal funding will provide you with the funds to pay for case disbursements within 48 hours (weekends and bank holidays not included).It permits you to unravel your disbursement funding position and grants you the flexibility to utilise specialist experts meaning you no longer need to select experts on financial terms available and instead may choose to instruct the expert who will provide the best assistance to ensure your client’s claim is successful.
